Taste, Move & Thrive is the dedicated two-day thematic unit of Mountain Games Cyprus 2026, focusing on the mountain agri-food products of Troodos, local gastronomy, healthy nutrition, and the relationship between food, physical activity, and wellbeing.

For two days, producers, processors, wineries, chefs, nutrition experts, institutions, and visitors come together in an open space of taste, knowledge, and participation.

Visitor Experience: Visitors explore local products, meet producers, participate in workshops, and engage in discussions on food, production, and daily wellbeing

Focus: Continued market and workshops, Mediterranean diet themes, sustainability and consumption, cultural and music events, closing celebrations

Visitor Experience: The experience evolves into a celebration of taste, movement, and culture, connected to the closing of the Mountain Games
