Sports Union of Slovenia (SUS), Slovenia
SUS is the largest national sport for all organization connects different sports organizations, associations, clubs and individuals working in the field of sports recreations and sport for all in Slovenia. It unites over 170 organisations and has over 60.000 members scattered all over Slovenia.
Their common goal is to promote healthy lifestyle and active use of leisure time. Their vision is to seek to approximate recreational sports and physical activity to every individual. SUS aims to encourage participation in physical activity and contributes to the development of physical literacy and sport for all sectors. SUS will complement the project via promoting sports education, healthy nutrition and green environment, during the project activities.

Patrik Perosa has more than 25 years of experience across five key areas of sport: Sport for All, university and student sport, company sport, institutional sport governance and elite sport. Throughout his career he has combined strategic, managerial and operational roles, working on the development of sport systems, strengthening organisational structures, coordinating programmes and managing complex sport events at national and international level. He has extensive experience in international cooperation, European projects and stakeholder coordination, contributing to the development of sport participation structures, organisational frameworks and policy-oriented initiatives. His work connects practical sport delivery with governance, long-term planning and cross-sector cooperation. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Traffic Engineering, and national professional qualifications in sport recreation.
Žiga Sodržnik

Žiga Sodržnik is an experienced project coordinator specialising in sport and physical activity projects. His expertise includes project management, international cooperation, event organisation, stakeholder engagement, and EU-funded programme implementation.

Žiga Sodržnik holds qualifications in Commerce and Marketing and works at the Sports Union of Slovenia as Business Secretary for Programme Implementation. He coordinates national and international sport projects, manages project implementation and reporting, and organises sport events and activities for diverse target groups. He has experience in several Erasmus+ Sport projects and international sport initiatives and is fluent in Slovene, English and Croatian.

Teja Jenko is a project associate and kinesiologist with expertise in sport for all, inclusion, healthy lifestyles, volunteering, and education. She has experience in coordinating national and international projects, stakeholder engagement, project management, and the promotion of equal access to sport and physical activity.

Teja Jenko is a university graduate kinesiologist and Project Associate at the Sports Union of Slovenia. She manages and coordinates national and international projects in the fields of sport for all, inclusion, healthy lifestyles, volunteering, and education. Her experience includes the implementation of Erasmus+ Sport projects, cooperation with international partners, project administration, dissemination activities, and stakeholder engagement.

Simona Poje
Representative - part of project-
Simona Poje is a dietitian specialised in nutrition counselling, health promotion, and healthy lifestyle education. She has experience in preventive health programmes, community engagement, and international volunteering projects focused on well-being and healthy living.

Simona Poje is a dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Counselling and Dietetics from the Faculty of Health Sciences. She currently works with the Health Promotion Centre Postojna, delivering preventive health-related activities. She completed a professional internship at Zdravstveni dom Izola and participated in international volunteering projects in Greece focused on healthy lifestyle promotion, community engagement, and multimedia activities. She is proficient in MS Office, Canva, and social media communication, and speaks Slovenian, English, Spanish, and Croatian.
