"Euroactive is a non-governmental organization aims to empower young people across Europe by providing social and educational opportunities that foster personal and professional development, active citizenship, human rights, inclusion and sustainability. Through non-formal education, digitalization, and community engagement, they support youth in overcoming social, economic, and geographical barriers, promoting European values, and building a more inclusive, educated and sustainable society. Euroactive displays an extensive experience in coordinating and participating in ERASMUS+ projects. During the current project they will act as consultants for human rights and youth education materials to implement them in the project activities.

Cristiana has coordinated Erasmus+ KA1, KA2 and KA3 projects, as well as ESC Solidarity and Volunteering projects. Her experience includes writing and managing European-funded projects, developing annual activity plans, conducting needs assessments, recruiting and coordinating volunteers, preparing calls for participants and partners, maintaining communication with international partners, planning and implementing training programmes, preparing educational materials, facilitating youth exchanges and workshops, and delivering sessions for youth workers on non-formal education, communication and management. She also has experience in reflection and evaluation processes, Youthpass-related learning support, progress reporting and project evaluation.

Cristiana Onea is a youth project manager and facilitator from Romania, with strong experience in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. She has been active in the youth field since 2016, coordinating international projects, youth exchanges, training courses, local workshops and volunteering activities. Her work focuses on youth empowerment, non-formal education, environmental sustainability, digital skills, inclusion, active citizenship and community development. She holds PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certificates in project management and studied for a Master’s degree in European Project Management.

Adrian has strong experience in designing, delivering and evaluating non-formal learning activities, mainly within Erasmus+ youth projects. As President of Euroactive NGO, he provides strategic leadership, coordinates international partnerships and supports project delivery, including planning, implementation, reporting and follow-up. Also, he delivers training and facilitation, contributes to programme quality, supports training design through objectives, session plans and materials, and focuses on participant learning outcomes. His work also includes mentoring young people in entrepreneurship and personal development, supporting youth-led initiatives, facilitating multicultural dialogue, managing project teams and volunteers, and using digital tools in learning and project coordination.

Adrian Dobrin is a trainer, facilitator and organisational leader from Romania, with extensive experience in non-formal education, mainly in youth work, as well as in Adult Education and VET. He designs and delivers learning processes in international project contexts, with a focus on participation, inclusion, critical thinking and practical skills transfer. He is currently President of Euroactive NGO, contributing to organisational development, partnership management and youth learning processes.

Engineer, youth worker and trainer with experience in volunteering, project activities, youth education and international teamwork. He has been involved in youth work since 2011 and has developed strong competences in teamwork, communication, problem-solving, leadership, intercultural cooperation and event organization. His professional background in electronics, telecommunications and IT gives him a strong technical perspective, while his NGO experience connects him with youth development, volunteering and Erasmus+ activities.

Damian Minculescu has been involved in youth work since 2011, when he started volunteering with ATE „Călțun” - UNESCO Club from Curtea de Argeș, an association focused on outdoor education, mountain activities, hiking, teamwork and youth engagement through nature-based experiences. Through this involvement, he took part in activities that encouraged responsibility, cooperation, orientation in nature and active participation among young people. He also participated in youth exchanges, youth initiatives and training courses under the Youth in Action programme, where he developed competences in communication, teamwork, leadership and intercultural learning. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and has continued to support youth activities, contributing to volunteer coordination, educational activities and local community projects.
Victoraș Drăgan

Youth worker, trainer and NGO president with long experience in volunteering, civic involvement and youth education. He has been active in the local NGO sector since high school and has more than 15 years of experience in working with young people. His expertise includes non-formal education, youth participation, civic education, intercultural learning, Erasmus+ projects and community-based activities. He also has an interest in local culture, traditions and folklore, which he connects with youth work, identity, community engagement and intergenerational learning.

Victor Drăgan is the president of ARYAS NGO, a youth organisation in Curtea de Argeș, and a graduate of the Faculty of Law. He started his involvement in volunteering during high school, as a volunteer in ATE „Călțun” - UNESCO Club in Curtea de Argeș. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience as a volunteer, youth worker and trainer, taking part in several learning mobilities and training courses in Romania and abroad. Within the NGO sector he contributes to the development and coordination of educational projects for young people, especially in the fields of civic engagement, inclusion, intercultural dialogue and youth participation. He is also connected to local cultural and folklore initiatives, supporting the promotion of Romanian traditions among young people.

Medical student and young volunteer with an interest in youth activities, community involvement, health education and cultural initiatives. Her medical studies give her a relevant background for activities connected with health, well-being, prevention, responsibility and care for others. At the same time, her interest in Romanian folklore and traditional culture allows her to contribute to activities that promote local identity, cultural heritage and intergenerational dialogue among young people.

Denisa is a student at the Faculty of Medicine and is involved in youth and community activities. Through her academic background, she is developing knowledge and skills related to health, prevention, communication, empathy and working with people in different contexts. She is interested in activities that connect young people with personal development, social responsibility and healthy lifestyles. Denisa is also passionate about Romanian folklore and local traditions, and she can contribute to cultural activities, traditional art workshops, intercultural evenings and initiatives that promote Romanian heritage among young people and international participants.
