OTI, Slovakia
OTI is a sport non-governmental organisation to promote healthy lifestyle and well-being and encourage people to participate in sport and physical activity; to provide learning opportunities for young people to equip them with necessary skills in the current century; to carry out and develop hiking, mountaineering, cycling, water, ski and youth tourism in Europe; to organise activities that promote sports, cultural, scientific and artistic mobility between young people, volunteers, teachers, educators, coaches and managers from different countries; to support the development of non-formal education; to cooperate with other organisations within the EU area on educational projects; to enable young people to get to know and respect the culture of other European countries through various mobility programs; to promote cultural heritage and historical paths of Slovakia and Europe and rediscover cultural roots of Europe; to create safe environment for women while practising outdoor sports; to support social integration of youth with fewer opportunities; to promote equal opportunities for all and to tackle discrimination. OTI will complement the project activities through their involvement in the main Mountain Games event organization and educational activities.

Eva Ducaiova serves as the Legal Representative of OTI Slovakia, bringing both organizational leadership and hands-on outdoor expertise to the delegation. She holds formal qualifications as a certified hiking instructor and mountain bike instructor, combining technical sport knowledge with safety awareness in mountain environments. Her dual role ensures she can contribute to both the administrative coordination of the delegation and the practical delivery of sport activities at the Mountain Games event in Cyprus. Within the Mountain Games project, she represents OTI Slovakia at the institutional level and contributes to the mountain biking and hiking competition groups organized in the Troodos Mountains.

"Eva Dučaiová has been working as a leader in a tourism organization for more than 40 years, primarily as the head of a youth tourism club. She always prefers the cognitive and educational component in sports and tourism projects for youth and adults. Within the framework of cycling tourism, she is involved in long-term projects of exploring her region by bicycle.
At the Mountain Games in Cyprus, she will contribute as an organizer of hiking and cycling events and by involving entertaining and educational activities within the framework of tourism activities and tasks for team building.
Her expertise in organizing events for hikers, especially children, and for cyclists supports the project's goals of promoting sports, culture and a healthy lifestyle throughout Europe."
Alena Horáková

Alena Horáková is an experienced hiking group leader with a strong background in organizing and guiding outdoor groups in mountain terrain. As an active member of OTI Slovakia, she has been involved in multiple Erasmus+ Sport projects focused on hiking safety, trail exploration, and healthy lifestyle promotion. She is designated as OTI Slovakia's representative for the Main Event, contributing directly to the hiking competition group activities at the Mountain Games in Cyprus. Her expertise supports the delivery of inclusive, well-managed hiking routes adapted for diverse participant profiles.

Alena Horáková is an experienced organizer of hiking and cycling trips focused on learning about folk traditions with experience in the field of ethnography and folk crafts. She is an active member of OTI Slovakia, involved in sports projects of hiking and folk crafts. At the Mountain Games in Cyprus, she will contribute as an experienced organizer of tourist events associated with learning about folk traditions and ethnography. Her expertise in organizing tourist events supports the project's goals of promoting sport, culture and a healthy lifestyle throughout Europe.

Ladislav Mikulszký brings extensive practical experience as a hiking group leader, with a focus on trail safety, group coordination, and outdoor sports in mountain environments. A committed member of OTI Slovakia, he has participated in Erasmus+ Sport initiatives promoting hiking and outdoor physical activity across Europe. He is designated as OTI Slovakia's representative for the Main Event component of the Mountain Games, contributing to the planning and delivery of hiking competition activities in the Troodos Mountains UNESCO Global Geopark. His field experience and knowledge of mountain sports make him a key operational contributor to the event.

Ladislav Mikulszký is an experienced organizer of hiking and cycling events and long-term projects. He is an active member of OTI Slovakia, involved in hiking and cycling activities. At the Mountain Games in Cyprus, he will contribute as a collaborator, mainly in the preparation of the event program and its promotion (posters, competition schedules, social networks). His expertise in programming and creating brochures and websites supports the project's goals of promoting sport, culture and a healthy lifestyle throughout Europe.
Ingrid Kvočková

Ingrid at Mountain Games project will serve as the Slovak country focal point for the two-week Healthy Lifestyle for All Campaign, coordinating local awareness activities and ensuring consistent communication across partners.

Ingrid graduated with a Master's degree in pedagogy within the study programme Teacher Training in English Language and Literature and Fine Arts. She is a project assistant supporting implementation of Erasmus+ projects and actively helps with implementation and organisation of various sport and youth events.
Lucia Svata
Project coordinatorRole/Tasks in Mountain Games: Project Coordinator, responsible for the preparation and coordination of the Slovak delegation, partner communication with the Mountain Games consortium, and administrative and reporting support throughout the project implementation, while not attending the main event in Cyprus in person

She brings multilingual communication skills (Slovak, English, Italian, German) and extensive cross-border partnership experience, having collaborated with organisations across Europe within the Erasmus+ framework.

Lucia is a project professional with a degree in economics and extensive experience in Erasmus+ project coordination, non-formal education, and outdoor sport programming. As a core member of OTI Slovakia, she manages partner communications, reporting, and the implementation of multiple concurrent European projects. At the Mountain Games in Cyprus, she serves as the delegation coordinator, ensuring the smooth participation of the Slovak team across sport, cultural, and campaign activities. Her cross-border experience and multilingual profile make her a key link between OTI Slovakia and the international project consortium.
