Sibaris comprises a team of youthful enthusiasts passionate about sports and nature, bringing diverse expertise in areas such as sports management, marketing, and life sciences. The club's primary objective is to raise awareness about sports and nature while assisting youth and the community.
Recognizing the significant impact of childhood experiences on later life, Sibaris Club endeavours to introduce children to healthy lifestyles through sports and exercise from a young age. Members of the club possess extensive experience in organizing and contributing to international multiday sports events, including the Alps Adria Orienteering Festival, the National Championship of Hungary in Orienteering, and the Triathlon European Championship. They boast a broad network of national and regional sports organizations. Sibaris will complement the activities of the main Mountain Games event with their expertise in educational and organizational outdoor activities of the project, particularly orienteering.

Zoltan holds a leading management position on at a multinational production site specializing in food business and nutrition products. Alongside his 35 years long corporate responsibilities, he remains an active member of the Győr based "Sibaris Club”, taking lead in several EU projects as Project Manager, participating as an athlete in Masters categories and boasting over 15 gold medals in National Championships in both Orienteering and Athletics. He also serves as the Event Director for various international orienteering events, including the Alps-Adria and National O-Championships, and has contributed as a controller for the World Orienteering Championship in Hungary in 2009. Additionally, he is a certified event advisor of the International Orienteering Federation. Zoltan is a passionate supporter of the local municipality's leisure sports activities and an advisor to the board in the field of sports. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Mathematics, complemented by a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a focus on IT fields, as well as certification as a Quality Engineer. Proficient in English, he brings a wealth of expertise to his multifaceted roles.
Peter Szandi

Member of the West Hungarian Orienteering Federation, and of the “Sibaris Club”, for 20+ years collecting several technical experiences of various aspects (orienteering IT tools, maps, rules creation, calendar, grassroot sport). Peter is still active athlete in Orienteering Master’s categories. Event’s vice president on several Hungarian Championships and multi day National Orienteering events over 1000 participants. Certified National Event Advisor of the Hungarian Orienteering Federation. In his duty from the Sport Club, he is delegated to big orienteering competitions even for World Ranking Events. In his professional life he is working in the Governmental Service sector as engineer, speaks English.
Zalan Szerdahelyi-Szasz

A commercial and FMCG professional with over ten years of management experience at one of Central Europe’s leading retail companies. Alongside a background in economics, he also holds academic qualifications in political science, combining business expertise with a broader understanding of social and economic dynamics. Sport has been an integral part of his life since childhood, strongly influenced by family traditions. Orienteering was his first connection to both running and nature, and while his interests later evolved, both passions remained central to his lifestyle through road running and hiking. As a young athlete, he achieved local success in orienteering, including a county championship title and participation in national championships. This experience continues to influence his efforts to promote orienteering as a more community-driven and team-oriented activity. Beyond his professional career, he is a qualified chef with a keen interest in discovering the gastronomic traditions of different countries and regions, while also taking every opportunity to showcase the richness of Hungarian cuisine. His profile combines commercial leadership, strategic thinking, a passion for sport, and a strong appreciation for community, culture, and lifelong learning.

He has worked in the IT industry for over five years, has a wealth of experience in building and managing corporate websites and online stores. Known for his expertise in UX/UI design, he thrives on creating intuitive user interfaces enhanced by cutting-edge addons and contemporary, dynamic designs. He specialized in advanced online application solutions, transforming digital interfaces into fast, flexible applications without sacrificing functionality or essential website elements. His skills include the creation of user-friendly interfaces characterized by modern and dynamic designs. In particular, he is the local administrator of the OrientWalking system in Hungary and on behalf of Sibaris Club he actively participates in its development and customization, adding new features to the platform. With an updated educational background in Information Technology, he has a diverse skill set and speaks fluent English.
Brigitta Balint

A dedicated law enforcement professional with 5+ years of experience in public service. She began her career within the Hungarian State Service, where she held positions as a Reintegration Officer, a member of the Inspection Department, and later a Department Head, gaining valuable leadership and operational experience. She currently works as an investigator, applying strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a demanding environment. Outside her profession, folk dancing was a defining part of her life from the age of three until eighteen. Growing up in a village where folk dance was at the heart of community life, it became an important source of identity, connection, and personal development. Through years of participation and performances, she developed discipline, teamwork, commitment, and a strong appreciation for cultural traditions. The close-knit community surrounding folk dance also helped shape her communication skills and collaborative mindset. An enthusiastic advocate of an active lifestyle, she regularly trains in the gym and previously practiced CrossFit for three years. She is fluent in conversational English and Italian and is comfortable working in diverse and dynamic environments. Her background combines public service, leadership experience, strong community values, and a commitment to continuous growth and development.
